Anime sites pls (and recommendations)

Can anyone be kind enough to share any anime site that has access to all animes? I literally want to watch smile precure and Welcome to demon school Iruma-kun so bad but the sites I tried to use only show the 3rd and/or 4th season and almost every site i used showed absolutely no results of smile precure!!!!!
(Please tell me if their is an alternative name for Welcome to demon school Iruma-kun)

Also pretty please with a cherry on top recommend unhinged or not particularly nice Main characters in anime/anything like TSHD or whatever
