Is no one bothered by rape in yaoi?
I love yaoi, okay? Don't get me wrong. But are you seriously okay with the uke falling in love with the rapist/predator/paedo seme? I believe that manga in general is made for many reasons. People enjoy reading it to have a type of escape from reality, or sometimes for romance. I don't think the mangakas are trying to promote rape especially to children.
