Uni fucked me front and back, what's a good path?

Context: I was meant to progress onto second year, received an email in May, and the head of my department confirmed my modules.

HOWEVER, After moving to the capital which is a good few hours away from where I'm from, I was concerned that my enrolment email wasn't coming through, despite them saying it will soon.

So I called the records team, and they said I need to resit? Told them I had no info on this. Emailed everyone and no response.

This Monday, records team in person sent me to Assesment team. They both gave the green light, and was emailed saying I'm enrolled onto second year.

THEN YESTERDAY, Fees department said I'm not enrolled.
Assessment team said I need to resit, and records team said I missed first year exams after taking a gap year that wasn't confirmed.

BUT I HAVE PROOF OF COMPLETING THE EXAMS, PASSING, AND THEN A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF THE GAP YEAR FOR MEDICAL REASONS.

Told to appeal. I did.
Went to student union, they said how to department head.
Department head lady said there was an assignment missing, which I showed her I had, and was willing to resend, but she denied, and said I needed to resit the year. Said it was an error in the system maybe, but I couldn't progress. Despite being the one to confirm my modules.

Appeal denied, told it was a 'clerical error' not admin, therefore rejected on that basis.

And I said I've been affected physically, mentally and financially, but they didn't Care.

So I've withdrawn, and now at 20, I've got nothing

ANY ADVICE??? Like what I could get into or how to get onto the job market etc?

Cos I refuse to resit and pay extra cash with a 9% interest rate on student loans in the UK
