Why do we not call men 'pick me's' and 'male centered'? Or not call them that often?

Especially pick me's. And I'm specifically speaking men who bring down women for the approval of other men. Men who center male voices, male point of view whiles looking down on female voices and point of view. Honestly if you guys give me the go, I'm going to start weaponzing these terms against men. This is the type of gender equality we are talking about /j
