Can we talk about performative male haters? There's a girl on tt who claims to hate men, she reposts videos making light of child abuse, plus content that reads as pedophile dog whistles. She also cheers on female abusers and traffickers with 'she's based' and mocks boys who've been killed.
Her excuse is that men have done this for years, (So it apparently justifies her being a pedophile?) which is true. But celebrating women who abuse and traffic people doesn't fight that. It hurts women and girls, who are victims too. Real accountability means opposing predators no matter their gender.
It also comes off as performative. She says she hates men, but she's dating one and friends with others. It seems like she's using men as an excuse to post harmful content for attention, not because she cares about protecting women. It's gross. I’ve encountered soo many people like this it’s insane
Reminds me of that video a dude saying “the male hater is in my kitchen making me dinner” almost none of these male haters hate men fr and most times uphold the patriarchy and it’s really corny to see. I keep seeing women making fun of fat men in the name of fat women or whatever and as a fat woman who grew up fat i dont see any justice in that women are held to a higher beauty standard sure but thats just u wanting to bully a fat dude
