Better see a therapist, i doubt most people here can relate to your issue and give you good advice. Moving on isn't that easy and it can take years even. So don't rush it and dont try to distract yourself from feeling the emotions that bubble up, otherwise healing and recovery will become harder and longer. All i can say is sorry , YES break ups can be brutal and NO you are not crazy if you feel depressed after such a drastic turn, it's okay not to be okay. Yes if you can, maybe try to see a therapist. But during my darkest hours /weeks after one particular breakup, it took 30 days, i gave myself 30 days and cozied up in my hole it was a liberation......   reply
