I'm cool with niche stuff (ex. Death Grips) but the main thing I look for are v i b e s. Even if they're gag songs.
I usually veer towards lofi, hiphop/rap, RnB, indie, progressive metal, ambience, synthwave, post-rock, post-metal, trap, and experimental that includes elements from any of the mentioned or anything else.

(Just OP here) Know what? I'll just share a list of my own choice of songs and albums that kinda cover everything that I've mentioned. FYI if anyone is looking at this question and can't come up with anything in said genres - please recommend ANYTHING BUT country, dubstep and church music. Broaden my horizons please.
