i like dogs and always pat dogs i see in public if the owner allows me to (you should ALWAYS ask the owner first because you don’t know that dog and if they might not want to be pat and will try and bite if you try to pat them), but i like other people’s dogs and wouldn’t ever get one of my own, especially as someone who is physically disable......
