a few options on my plate for that question:
1. Magic, the ability and aptitude to use all types. bring back some wonder and awe to this tired world.
2. Make human reproduction an actual fair process. its a 50/50 chance on which partner gets to be the one pregnant, and no way to determine who or to influence it. same process and same risks.
