Why are people all of a sudden hating on twink tops

It's always the ones with rapeslop characters as their pfp who complain about everything that doesn't involve a buff wide shoulders pipe neck seme and big eyes frail uke, every twink top manhwa I come across there's always some bitches trash talking or how they should switch (yes I want switches as well but it gives me the ick that people only bring up switches and vers in twink top manhwas and none in generic bl manhwas)
