Your stimming habits?
Mine is genuinely destructive. I scratch my walls so that the upper layers get in my nails. Then I rub my hands together so that a clay thingy will form, which I then dust off. My nails are gone and so are my walls dude. I tried stopping it, but I just need to feel something falling off from my skin for some reason. Anyways, what are your stimming habits?
[For those who are unaware, stimming refers to a repetitive action you do during times of stress or anxiety. This definition maybe wrong since thats my understanding of it.]
I crack my knuckles a lot. And anything that's in my hand becomes annoying for other people. Pens, a glass, a toy, anything. And I seem to play with my earrings, hooking and unhooking them to calm down.
