Over-hyped BL's
What BLs have y'all read but just didn't get the hype of it like everyone else? Personally I would say Painter of the Night (please don't hate me lol). Like it's really popular and everyone seems hella obsessed with it but idk... I love the art style and Nakyum is adorable, but it's not something that I think is out of this world or as good of a story as it is made out to be. I do admit it's probably partly bc I'm just not into the whole abusive, psychopathic love trope:/
I'm gonna answer sumthin controversial but Dear Door. A lot of the scenes didn't make sense at all and the premise is hella confusing. The execution of the plot and concepts will leave u going "huh? That doesn't make sense at all..". Big shame bc it would have been pretty interesting. 5 reply
