History: -(not really disturbing unless you have a fear of it) A large shard of glass got stuck in my foot and I was bleeding everywhere. Thoughts: -(this is just pretty normal. I used to think everyone around me could read or hear my thoughts. I kept my thoughts at a certain limit.
