i used to go to a gym nearby but i quit bc there's no aircon (usually the temp hits 30°c but it goes over 40 in summer) and my body has temp regulation issues i mostly work out with free weights (dumbbells and barbells) and bench at home, and occasionally go for a run or swim if i feel stressed... burpees (if i feel restless and self-destructive)......   reply
