It depends on the day and how well I’ve prepped. If I have high iron foods leading up to it, the pain is usually 1-3 (pain is the worst for me on day 2). If I don’t, the worst camps I’ve had were probably a 6. For reference, I would put appendicitis at a 7   reply

Rush by Måneskin has some pretty good songs (personally love Gossip). I also really like Unò-Dué by Daniele Silvestri (personal fav is Salirò). The Happy Fit’s Awfully Apeelin’ album is good (love Dirty Imbecile).
