It seems like people were saying this about a fictional character and killing in fiction is different from a real murder. Murder in fiction is often a plot device/allegory. Think when the villain dies at the end of the story or when the protagonist's parents get killed right infront of them: our brains register that as a symbol rather than a crim......   reply

Good question! I don't. No but more seriously school, work and hanging out with my friends is obviously what gets my screen time down the most. I have a few books I'll pick up sometimes. I think people don't realize how much is lost in translation. One time I tried translating to english a manga from french and spanish scans since I speak both languages and the two versions kept contracting each other. For example: "there's no way I'd be scared" and "how could I not get scared" I gave up halfway through. Not really picking a side h......   2 reply

Personally, therapy didn't help me at all. The only therapist I ever saw basically told me that my fear of rejection is unfounded since I never got bullied and my social anxiety isn't THAT bad cuz I can still function, right? I feel like I'm not attached to my obsessions at all, no matter how much I enjoy them in the moment. The last I can think of were the Dragon Age games. I played through the first 2 in less than a month and those are longg games. But then I didn't even finish the 3rd game (Inquisition iykyk) even though it's probably my favorite.
