I've taken my body for granted. Help, how do I sleep normally again ....

My boyfriend asked for some time off our relationship. He's saying he's lost himself and there's a mountain of problems he has to face on his own and doesn't want to drag me into it. Today marks our Day 1 of no contact (IT'S KILLING ME) I feel pathetic tbh. It's got me overthinking as to how he's taking this so well. This set up isn't killing him just like it's killing me???????

What hurts me more is that I GOT LOST TOO. I FUCKING LOST MYSELF AT ONE POINT IN OUR RELATIONSHIP. Did I give him up? HELL NO. I got my shit together. So why can't he??? I've read that a persons effort towards you is a reflection of his interest and it... I can't even face the truth.
