Seeing other peoples comments, I'll keep it simple. Let your mind rest and start with something simple. For example, eat something that will make you happy, take a walk somewhere pretty, window shopping, etc. They might be the solution to regulate sticky negative emotions.   reply

pain relief is only that, relief. it doesn't treat the issue.
