Leanbeefpatty’s workouts are excellent, and she has an entire playlist full of workouts you can do at home. I’ve found that doing ab and leg workouts improved my running a lot, I’m cramping less and my legs are stronger. I have the same opinion as you, I think. I really don’t like rape in stories where the two main characters are supposed to fall in love with each other. I see rape as one of the most heinous and disgusting crimes one could commit, and to see the victim fall in love with their abuser makes me sick.
