How to build up muscles and/or endurance
I want some work out materials to build muscles to build abs to look cool and take care of my body ig. I want everything, any tips and tricks, for men, women, literal babies, idc. Give me everything
But I'd also just like and appreciate something to build up my endurance as well
Would rly prefer if it can be done indoors (at home) or if it involves running bc I like running and I like to think I'm pretty decent at it.
Honestly any work out tips would be good for me rn.
Leanbeefpatty’s workouts are excellent, and she has an entire playlist full of workouts you can do at home. I’ve found that doing ab and leg workouts improved my running a lot, I’m cramping less and my legs are stronger. Also stretching or doing a small warmup before running or workouts is really good bc it’ll help you not feel so sore the ...... 1 reply
