Leanbeefpatty’s workouts are excellent, and she has an entire playlist full of workouts you can do at home. I’ve found that doing ab and leg workouts improved my running a lot, I’m cramping less and my legs are stronger. Run in the mornings it just brightens up the day way more and if it rains I usually just walk with an umbrella around the neighbourhood instead of running just because I don’t like to be drenched and in the area I live in it rains a lot so it’s like a rest day for me oh and I get to know my area better just in case my phone dies or something i......   1 reply

Omg pilates do wonders. It helped me build up my endurance well + I gained muscles. I do walk more than 2 hours daily and eat healthy food.   1 reply
