if you’re on desktop, download an extension that allows you to block certain websites, if you’re on mobile (at least in ios) you can block specific websites in parental controls—you can set it up for yourself. keep the block until you finish exams (i say hypocritically) & then unlock it and binge as a reward. i don’t remember the extension......   reply
