Went to therapy for like 6 years, and lemme tell ya: they WILL send your ass hiking over to the mental hospital if you get too personal. The therapy helped in the long run, but GOD is a mental hospital the most unhelpful and traumatizing experience for a mentally ill, anxiety-ridden teenager. It’s just like any other book starting with a hook to reel readers in. I prefer when any manga, manhwa, etc. starts with a sneak peak of a dramatic piece of the story, or just goes right to introducing a main part of the plot. Stories like Our Sunny Days?
