It's not like teenagers don't fuck. I find it somehow weird when romance stories pretend to be extra chaste when for a lot of people a physical and romantic relationship go hand in hand, teens being no exception. I've tried some mindfulness exercises which are okay, but what works best for me is to lie down and close my eyes (or get outside and stare into nature) and narrate my favorite books or movies scene by scene in my head, in as much detail as possible. Great distraction. I end up making my own stories sometimes too.   reply
