All I know are oral health tips. Ideally we should all wait 30 minutes after eating to brush our teeth, same thing if you plan on eating or drinking after brushing so DON'T RINCE. Also, if you like chewing gum, xylitol gum is great, it helps prevent cavities but note that we shouldn't be chewing gum for longer than 15-20 minutes a day

Hmm well in French when we talk about shredded/grated cheese we say fromage râpé and some people learning english make the mistake of saying "raped cheese" because it sounds like a litteral translation but it's really not.
