Cheating is bad but people treat it as some crime
I just don't think cheating is bad enough for people to genuinely think that shit should be illegal. I remember seeing a video were a woman had a man deported for cheating aka putting his life in danger and every was saying how she ate...like yes cheating is horrible and it will hurt a person deeply but also idk I feel like especially social media there's a overwhelming panic over it. Idk how to really explain this
Adultery isn't a crime where I'm from, so I was surprised to hear it could be a felony in some states. That sounds excessive to me, considering criminalization often does very little to dissuade people from doing something. Though I'm not exactly a fan of divorce laws where I'm at either.
