I'd recommend making your phone inconvenient to access so you don't get tempted by scrolling, like leaving by it in another room. If you need it close for the school work, put it in do not disturb and if you want to be productive while on your phone, download an app to make flashcards. I like Gizmo since the cards get auto-generated with just a pic...... reply
Weirdly enough despite having a lip, septum and navel piercing the most annoying one to heal was and still is my second lobe. It's a been a year now and I still have irritation bumps. I'm a 1:1 texter. I start a conversation, the other person starts a conversation. If you're not going to make the effort, neither am I. When I'm in a situationship, that's what I use to tell if the other person is as intrested as I am. This time it's a bit different though, because I started texting this guy to be friends. We get along really well and he was the one who said we should see each other irl first (in a few days). But the man will not text first!! I feel so clingy so I at least let a day or two go by before sending another text. It doesn't help that I might have a little bit of a crush on him... should I bring it up irl? I'm going to lose my shit. I'm a dental hygiene STUDENT currently working at a dental clinic where I mostly clean and sterilize the instruments because I have NO training to do anything else. Tell me why I'm on my way to have lunch and a dentist is like "Ever did a filling? No? Time to learn cause I don't have an assistant to help me this afternoon." I then spend the next 3 hours assisting this dentist when I'm not even an hygienist yet, let alone an assistant! I don't know the name of the instruments, I don't know the steps to do a filling and one of the clients has an intellectual disability and doesn't follow instructions. All that on an empty stomach. Worse part? I sure as hell don't get paid the salary of an assistant.
