yk I'm in no right to say anything I was sleeping at 7 in the morning until the last day.. BUT what helped me was that I didn't sleep more than 2 hours one night before.. so I can sleep early the next day (you'll basically do a forced reset to your sleep deprived brain, but don't pull an all nighter it's gonna be hard to recover).
