I usually hit the gym on weekdays for upper body and leg day (I do them alternatively). On weekends, I walk around 10k+ steps for cardio. If you’re targeting a specific build, I suggest for you to have a reference** like free programs online or an instructor. They really help a lot.   reply

There really isn't much to it, and surprisingly one of the harmless trope out there. It IS weird, but that's what makes it interesting. Wish they'd use more of it on narc characters or just some who knows they're hot asf.   reply
