Personally, I prefer yaoi over yuri. I feel like my sexuality has a bit of a role in this as well. Since I'm bisexual with a stronger preference towards guys, I guess I do find greater interest in yaoi. However, there are some yuri's I do find interesting and cute.

No one knows I read yaoi. I read it on my tablet and I make sure that no one can see what I'm reading. Sometimes ppl would ask me what I'm looking at. I always have a backup manga plot to give them. I can't give them the yaoi plot because it would start off as, "there was this guy who liked this other guy right..." AWKWARD. lol. It's my dirty litt...... 6 reply
I definitely prefer yaoi there are some good yuris and I don't hate yuris but I'm so all about yaoi. I suppose there are many reasons why I LOVE yaoi so much the captivating stories, the beautiful art, the relateable characters, and of course the many many SHIPS. Yaoi, I don't like a lot of yuri mangas. Not because they are girls and in yaoi are boys, I just find the developement of yaoi stories more amusing and interesting that most yuri ones. 1 reply

Nobody kwows that I read yaoi. My family and friends are quite open-minded but I think they'll find it weird. Especially because of the sex in it. Actually, it's very frustrating.
