I used to play on this really dumb art sharing platform called Doodle Club. It was for ages 5-9. I was like 12/13? Just starting my anime phase and still addicted to a kids app. Anyway, I type into a chat space “does anyone have any good manga recommendations?” And one person responded. 102 episodes in 3 days. Talk about old anime. I was really (hardcore) into Anime when I started watching this and trust me when I say those were the days when my longest no sleeping record was 2 weeks... WITHOUT SLEEP! I was crazy back then.

I plowed through 148 episodes in about 5 days when I was sick for a week in college, that's around 74 hours of tv in 120 hours. So, 60% tv, 20% sleep, 20% food. Not a bad week haha. 1 reply
I watched the whole Inuyasha series 175 eps in 3 and a 1/2 days. It was around 12-13 hours a day. I didn't even eat or go to the bathroom while watching. I'd come back from school at 13:00-14:00, eat then start the marathon. reply

I've done this many times. From reading full on uncensored mangas to reading fanfics(writing them too) in public. Last time when I was waiting to get my car insurance. i actually do read anywhere even in my school and people in my class have their own world too so they don't care at what each other do. Since the end of high school I read yaoi everywhere, in class, in the street, with friends, in public transport, it makes my friends laughs a lot and I am known as the "fujoshi reference" at my University in Paris, and I do not hide at all what I read so there is no taboo with me :) 1 reply
