From my experience on this site people seem to be rather on board with rape or constantly find excuse for it, probably due to how common it is in mangas. At the same time cheating is super frowned upon, and it seems really odd to me, that out of two bad things, the most traumatic of them is being defended.
I see many questions for joining line groups and well, some of them don't add people at all anymore. I have a group to share manga, any kind of it but since we focus a lot on BL its literally called yaoi lol. I made it for people above 15yo bc well.. you have to understand i dont feel comfortable sending mangas with dicks to anyone under that age.
