Basically this is the scene at the banquet celebrating Song Xiao's successful entrance examination, and it's spoiled by the nasty mistress and daughter evil villian duo. It's more obvious in the novel, but this is when the female villainous duo tries to latch onto the Song dad/son duo in an attempt to bring some benefits to the daughter, attempting at stepping on SX's academic fame in order gain contacts in his dad's social circle. But everyone spurns them and gossips about them instead... so they end up sticking out like a sore thumb. When I read that scene in the novel, I had some stupid thoughts. Like, "Mistress and daughter appearing randomly here together much like a random stranger farting suddenly in a crowded room at a crucial moment and everyone backing away silently." hahahahahaha it’s too funny I ended up laughing too hard and now my stomach hurts lol
Well, I never finished this webtoon because I was tired of waiting for updates. It's been so long that I forgot the title welp. It's about this MC who has an unrequited thing for ML and finds out he's the character in a novel. MC is an artist... if you remember the title, can you tell me if it's worth finishing reading or not?
No, the premise is similar but the art is totally different. And he finds out he's a character in a physical book (like the novel is somehow in his bookcase one day lmao)
