Polenta… or whatever the hell her name was the cousin? Is the luckiest person in this entire story because she got the hell out of Dodge from this rapist son of a whore. This guy was a total piece of garbage. I just left a review on another one that I read and I said that I was disgusting no this guy is disgusting. He takes the cake. He needs therapy, meds, a jail sentence, he needs all of that plus for her to get a restraining order against him he does not need a wife and children. He’s toxic, did I mention the rape? Cause the rape was pretty prominent. Seriously I hope the Cousin became a mega superstar. Because she chose herself, she chose her career, and she was able to peg this piece of garbage from day one. And that’s the thing, the smartest character here she was able to peg the type of man that he was and she got the hell out of Dodge the day of the wedding. She chose herself because had she not he would’ve raped her during the honeymoon I guarantee it. Did I mention rape? I feel like I’ve said the word rape one too many times but for the story I don’t think it was enough. Would this be considered Stockholm syndrome? I don’t know if she was already in love with him somehow. What would this be considered? Because she, the main female character is so unbelievably spineless and stupid that I hardly could feel sorry for her. And the worst part is I think the only reason I have sympathy with her or for her is because she’s so stupid and because of the verbal physical and sexual abuse that she went through. This was honestly horrific and I hope that the novel is way different because this was just too much. I’m not gonna say rape again but that’s the biggest problem here. It was way too much of that

It's hateful to read and all the characters are annoying. No one even tries to work things out. Keeps blaming the FL and they just gonna forget the ML raped her.

Seriously? ML is a huge emotionally abusive jerk and basically raped her virginity away and the FL was like “I can’t leave I love him even more now”

This is the second time ı saw something wrong about Turkısh culture in Harlequın manga , I am turkısh and ıf you write about our culture do some search. It ıs disapponting.

One of the worst harlequin I ever read. The FL is so stupid, it was her fault in the first place by pretending to be the bride and tricking the groom!!! Why did she think it was ever okay to trick the groom and pretending to be the bride and thinking he would not get angry bc she did it for his “reputation” that made me hate the FL so idc if she suffers and loses the baby she got karma. The ML was an asshole. I do understand why the ML is a asshole bc he married a total stranger I would have been pissed too! The ending was rushed and this is the first time I would have preferred the FL and ML go on their separate ways and not get back together bc they are a mess!!

The ml was trash but the fl was trash too. Idgaf what you say, she was crying a whole lot for someone who SELFISHLY pushed her way into a marriage. She knew exactly what would happen but did it anyway.

I remembered reading the novel and I remembered stopping it halfway because it was horrendously terrible. The ML deserved to die. Like really. I wanted to kill him if I can.... And the FL have no self respect and keep on hanging to the word love. Basically it's rubbish.
Zona is likeable but his story also disappointing
