I was really wary walking into this one. Even though it said comedy, it's Harada-sensei. It's her specialty to mentally scar people. Surprisingly, it was quite entertaining. Can't wait to see more of them.

The uke.... No. Never mind. Let's focus on the true oddity here. ITS BY HARADA BUT NOBODYS CRYING. Yep. It's good though~ So far, it's pretty innocent (waiting for the WTF bomb to appear).

Twisted, sweet, romantic-to-a-point, and a tragically moving story about forcing yourself to laugh through the worst life has to offer, until "the one" finally comes along to complete you! The emotion is raw, heart wrenching and even thick enough for readers to feel at certain points; This one is definitely NOT a comedy by any means, but it does have its moments.

I would recommend this one to anyone who is looking for heavy emotion, tragic backstory, Sad-drama, something to cry at, and/or intensely RLR (real-life-relatable) vulnerability on the Uke's side of things. But if you're looking for fluff, prominent romance, "love at first sight," something sexy, or something refreshingly mind-numbing (like hidoku shinaide, elektel delusion, puchitto hajitaka, in the god's arms, love stage, dekichatta danshi, sex pistols, Ze, etc etc), you won't find it here... at least not in it's best completed form.

The art is messy - so messy in some scenes that it's incomprehensible and illegible - and very unrefined, the characters are traditional and cliche, the dialogue has potential but never uses it, the villain is just "done away with" without any real revelation, and the rape-tropes are overdone and cross the line ESPECIALLY when the author writes the "freshly raped" uke as some masochistic-pseudo-optimist casually laughing at his recent rape and abused state in front of the lover who wants to help, and ends up pathetically "crying in the uke's stead" since the uke just "laughs it off" and never addresses the problem.

HOWEVER... the backstory is quite amazing - True love, and waiting to find "the one" can take even the lowest scum of the earth and make them beautiful people. The laughs are cheap at times, but they're well placed for comedic timing for what it's worth, and the mood is almost never allowed to be too serious for more than a few seconds - just enough to pull at your heart and beg you to turn the page, but not enough to stop reading because of tear-impeding-vision blurriness. And the author did what few authors are willing to do: Approach the subject of real-life prostitution, and the toll it SERIOUSLY takes on people everywhere - whether you SEE it or not, it's THERE.

All in all I give this one a 4.2 rating on a 1-5 scale: It is a moving and tragically beautiful story great for simply passing time, but it misses the mark on a few things and the "shoulda coulda woulda" aspect leaves the readers wondering if there was some deadline slam that caused the story to be as "rushed" as it is.

People tagging this 'slutty uke' after reading the whole thing have something wrong with their heads smh. The story was sad and sickening, I kept reading hoping this poor child would find some happiness but he's stuck with the first guy who was kind to him, having to bear sex that he himself described as rape. Now, the way it's written I guess we're supposed to feel bad for his mother and the ex, but there's one thing about a single mother with a child out of rape and a woman who sells her child to men for money... repeatedly. Poor protagonist has to deal with rape from basically all men he meets. His realtionship with the new guy is supposed to be romantic but honestly is he any better than all the others just because he loves him? He still had no problem brutally fucking the protagonist right after learning that he was raped as a child. And sex is about all they do, on nearly every page. I think this might be some fetish porn instead of a proper story about an abuse victim. Idk how ppl can read this and say 'cute' instead of 'please get that boy a therapist'.

a guy that has been sexually abused since he was a child is "slutty" now in his adult life because of trauma and apparently that's a turn on for you people. this story just made me really sad and all the sex scenes just made me feel bad for the guy.

There are some rather dark character writing, but not deep and didn't built up. Characters act really unnatural since the solve everything kinda with rape/sex.
