I think it's very interesting that the Korean title is the transliteration of an English phrase (고스트 인 더 타운, Ghost in the Town) but the official English name or translation is The Ghost of You. I think the Korean title focuses more on the actual ghost haunting the story which is like the entity stuck in the Neokinema neural chips. Whereas the English title focuses more on the relationship between the two leads, wherein Jisu is haunted by Jinyeong's sudden disappearance then reappearance, as well as this limbo that their relationship remains in after their divorce.
