One of the best romantic comedies that doesn’t get the support it deserves. It is a gorgeous story, and has a very interesting twist between two friends bound to fate and sworn to be enemies. Recommended.
One of the cutest stories in terms of romantic comedies. The protagonist is loveable, the romantic interest is just as loveable and is extremely mysterious, and the shenanigans that ensue are comedically impeccable and tons of fun to watch unfold. Recommended!!!
One of the softest and sweetest romantic stories out there. This one has a wonderful anime adaptation. The art is gorgeous, the characters are so loveable, and the story doesn't rely on overused tropes - it is different and bold and absolutely worth the watch/read. Highly recommended!!!
This is one that gets overlooked a bit too much I feel. It reminds me of Strawberry Shortcake - it's so adorable and fluffy, and the anime adaptation is the same way! As a sibling to Chobits, I absolutely adore it so much. I would recommend it for the art and the cute fluffy feelings it gives you!
A very unique and adorable story about a girl who has yet to unlock her true style, and a crossdresser who has yet to accept himself in his body. The anime adaptation is so sweet and soft, and the colors are bright and beautiful! Highly recommended!!
Rumiko Takahashi presents The Dog-Demon Boy! Now this one, right here... This one takes the cake in favorites for me. It's got everything you could ever, ever ask for - INCREDIBLE storytelling, deeply rooted Japanese culture, engaging characters, high stakes, a threatening villain, some of the best character design of any anime I've seen to date - and it STILL holds up today. Literally, the only flaw I have is that it goes on a bit too long at the end. But other than that, it is nearly perfect.
One of the cutest tropes EVER! Super tall girl and super short guy both become enemies on the first day of high school, but decide after a while, that it might just be better to work together to find each other a date. Then, the unexpected happens when she falls for him. It's heartfelt, it's genuine, it's hilarious, and the art is unique and fluffy. Absolutely floats my boat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
