Students at a all male high school meet on the first day and become friends. Both carry some baggage, but one is so ignorant and innocent he doesn't understand his own body. In trying to teach his friend about male physiology, both kids come to realize a few things as they develop and adapt to the new turn their friendship is taking.
After being caught while being sweet to a wee flower, a third year high school student is offered money by a drunk and promptly, and rightly, hauls ass outta there. While picking up his younger brother from school, the soon to be graduate bumps into the man who offered him money through the younger brother's friend. This leads to a cluster fuck of misunderstandings and odd rejections until, finally, all becomes clear and mutual. Kinda sweet despite the confusion.
This is cute, especially the dog, but the uke is very childlike and a bit whiny whereas the seme is very patient and accepting of the uke's childishness. Over all though, this is not a bad read, it's lighthearted and fluffy.
Colleagues/friends at work become roommates when one discovers the abusive relationship of the other. This is a cute story of friends to lovers, but, as with many such stories, it skims over the trauma of the victim of the abuse, so no realistic PTSD and the multitude of other issues that stem from domestic violence. There is no retribution for the abuser, no therapy, ect, ... Still, for a light read, it's decent.
This stays fairly luke-warm to the end with little more than personal introspection for both parties. It's a slow read, taking a while for each to come to terms with themselves and each other, but cute in it's own way.
This is less like cooking and more like preserving as it starts and takes a long time to finish. (At least I hope it's finished and not some break before new crap starts.) Anyway, it has its funny moments and its sweet moments, and over all it's cute, just... Shorter than some, but longer than it needed to be. The women are quite childish as well, annoying, but tolerable.
Seeking romantic advice, a uni kid goes to an assistant prof who thinks he's cute. There is a bit of manipulation by the seme, some wavering by the uke, both carry some emotional issues, but in the end they get there, together.
One man, whose inside must be made of cotton candy, hoards girly romance manga and dreams of love while keeping it all a secret. Another man is completely smitten with the candy man, dreaming of how to get closer to him, and decides to use the manga as an in. There are misunderstandings and some coming to terms with feelings, but in the end, true love wins the day.
Gods, they take some time to get traction, mostly because one is very out there and pushy while the other is adamantly resistant. The man resisting eventually gets there, of course after hurting the one his supposed to be in love with, but lover man is just happy enough with a relationship. He's a weirdo, though, really, and his target running is understandable with him running around saying he's a child of god and can't have children because of it. Wow...I'd be running too.
These two, the cat knows in the first moments, but he can't vocalize. The human takes his time, but eventually wants to the cat to admit his true feelings. They hurt each other by lack of communication more than the difference of life spans. It's cute, sweet, slow buildup.
