God...Chris, my little sweet potato, I love you with all my heart and soul. .
SYNOPSIS : After meeting Chris in a bar, Yuu wakes next to Chris the next morning and finds their ring fingers tattooed, symbolic of their 'marriage'. Chris starts acting erratically and Yuu discovers Chris's back story eventually. Worth mentioning that Yuu has secrets too. A bittersweet romance, but beautiful. Read it because synopses can't get it right, no matter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Ah, what I wouldn't give for five minutes alone with Ryuu-chan! ♡
Two young men become stepbrothers through their parents marriage. They become close, but one day Yuuto comes home earlier than expected because of sickness and chances to catch a glimpse of Ryuu-chan with a male lover. Longing, misunderstandings and miscommunication collide as they work out what their relationship is. NOTABLE: Longings started in middle school. A hell of a long time for two young men in their prime.
Beautiful story of two men: one haunted by his past and one desiring to make his way in the world, lifelong family and friends. Such a favorite. Mainichi Seiten series. The brocon runs WAY too high throughout. Great series. https://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=6076
I regularly reread this. I love, love, love Sensei. Props to kid for being able to take care of his fussy professor.
*Good at housework *
*Dad's doppelganger *
*Jealous of Dad's longtime friendship *
*Jealous of anyone he believes the professor is interested in *
Yup, kid! You're a great wife! Bwahahahaha! ♡
Shinonome Neo receives a wedding invitation from Maki-sempai, whom he had loved in high school. On the way to the wedding, and determined to break it up, he is struck by a vehicle and he wakes to find himself in the past, back to his high school years with a young Maki-sempai and a chibi doppelganger of himself. Great fun and sweet.
Beautiful, bittersweet story of a mangaka and the man who loves him. Mangaka definitely has issues (I believe that he’s on the autism spectrum ) and sometimes even those closest to you can hurt you most, but when you really need them, you can always find someone in your corner, cheering you on. Lovely story with a little intrigue.
This is just gorgeous. Young lady in training as a maiko, discovers that she fits better as the maiko manor cook. Warm, comforting and familial with recipes, pictures and notes on the culture as well as food and regional tidbits. Highly recommended.
Sweet and precious story of a reporter and a wolf spirit /demon. This hints at underlying darkness but contains itself to fluff up our romantic duo. Recommended.
Two sweet stories. One is a popular baseball player and he falls in love with an expressionless boy who is an artist and on the student council. The second couple is a childhood friend of expressionless boy and the student body president. Very sweet and peculiar. The artist of the first story is on the autism spectrum, I think. I recently read this was discontinued, but if that's true, it breaks my heart because this is wonderful in my opinion. Highly recommended for sweetness.
Freaking adorable. Restaurant manager meets the son of his vegetable farmer family and they gradually fall in love. There are some slightly dubious parts, but as a whole, this is cute, great fun fluff. I loved the characters and the characterization of the characters. If there's one thing that I have to complain about, it would be that the uke is given a childlike visage. The chibis, however, are freaking fantastic.

Omygod I rediscovered so.many beautiful ones I read before but forgot about. So many unheard gems too. Man how did ya find them?!
I'm an insatiable reader. I voraciously read and I read what interests me. I know, sounds lame, lol! I try to look for intelligence and substance over smut, am so very deeply in love with psychological stories and dark stories. Not always the darker the better, but something that keeps me thinking about the story long afterwards and how it affects me emotionally.
Thank you for what you have said. You really made my day.
And also, I am a writer. It keeps me from becoming complacent. I thrive on challenges.
