Most stories have an world explanation at the beginning and I’ve seen some say that omegas can get pregnant regardless of secondary gender. But all those end up with an alpha omega pair anyway. Betas can impregnate omegas too. It's just the chances are slim. And I think omega male cannot get another make omega pregnant because their sperm aren't fertile enough or strong enough. At least, that's what I think from the omegaverses I've read so far.
