I literally read it a few weeks ago but cannot find it in any of my lists to save the life of me.
So MC is gay and he was close friends with ML in high school, basically his only friend because ML didn’t talk to other people that much. They lose touch after graduation bc MC’s dad is sick or something so he works like crazy
Then they meet at a high school reunion and then go drinking at MC’s place. ML asks MC questions about being gay or whatever and MC gets pissed but then ML tells MC that he thinks his boss (he works at a cat cafe) has a crush on him and he doesn’t know if he likes him back bc he’s never liked anyone before
He and MC then become fwb
Then ML becomes friends(?) with this gay glasses guy from his project group and he helps him with his issue of trying to make some other guy jealous But MC misunderstands their relationship and is confused about why he would feel that way
Also ML has black hair that covers his eyes and he’s lowkey autistic
