Maybe try re starting your device?? This happened to me once and I tried it like that
have u tried refreshing it multiple times? maybe its supposed to be left blank thats why its broken? happens sometimes idk xD
try incognito mode, it worked for many people

incognito mode on google chrome; click the three vertical dots at the top right corner, the third option will be incognito

Turns it out the browser that i used doesn't support again, so i move to another browser who has incognito mode with vpn. btw this site is restricted in my country so its little difficult to access using common browser hahah
