It's not about the right to complain- it's about having an opinion and providing criticism. I'm sure the harsh opinion people in the comment section have against art style of this Manhwa can be more liberal but they have a right to express their opinion and carry out a discussion even if it's on an illegal site- these opinions are not reaching the artists of the Manhwa anyways.
