To be clear right off the bat, fai, I agree 100% with you, here. I think the other poster also completely missed your point. They appear to believe that you're the only one who's trying to ship people together who started out with a parent/child relationship. It does appear that they weren't pointing out these same 'facts' to anyone else who was shipping the two main characters together after all.
