Yeah Taesung needs help and I strongly believe it's Sooyung who will be able to do that. If there's anyone who has the biggest control and influence on Taesung, it's definitely Sooyung. Sooyung has the physical and mental strength, and he can definitely change him for the better (since Taesung's moments of being "good" was either because of Sooyung or it was for Sooyung). Right now the issue is that Sooyung is not being exactly assertive enough. Sooyung should also find a way to ensure Taesung that he will be okay and that they will be fine, since it's Taesung's over possessiveness and anxiety that keeps getting the best of him.

I think Sooyung discovering Taesung's secrets as well as confronting him about it could mark an important development in their relationship (and the mole and the issue with the rival gangs needs to be resolved as well for the both of them to have peace).

I think people ship Minhyuk and Taesung is because they are both fucked up but two wrongs don’t make a right so if they were together one of them would end up dead.
