I've read the Spanish translations. It's a good story, although a bit short.
Spoilers!
The seme falls in love with the uke, so he decides to dump him. The uke also loves the seme, so he gets depressed but thinks of moving on. They do end up together after some time. I wish the uke had rejected the seme but it's a short story, so I get why the mangaka didn't drag the story longer. Still, the seme was a jerk for deciding on his own to let go of the uke, then willy-nilly changed his mind like it was nothing went to pick up the uke again. Like he was picking up an object he just dropped. The art is nice, so I guess it's okay for a six-chapter manga. It's not groundbreaking but it's good.
