It was in Russian. But from my understanding it wasn't a big reason. I think it had to do with Subins personality. ML wanted him to change a bit and then broke up. But again I'm not 100% sure.
I hope Subin didn't have sex with the 2nd lead when they lived together, because that would be kinda fucked, honestly.
