Such as, "no! He's MY brother and I'm gonna be his most important person because he's mine!" You know, the spoiled tsundere who doesn't know how to deal with his feelings so he throws tantrums all the time. Just a guess based on his behavior. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
According to spoilers, in the first timeline (in which the seme abused the uke and the uke committed suicide), the brother also raped the uke. In this timeline, that hasn't happened and maybe it would have happened if the seme didn't pick up the uke so early. So, at least that garbage character did something good for once

It does deal with time reversal. The story in these first chapters is happening in the 2nd timeline. We will later on find out that in the first timeline, the seme was an atrocious bastard. Then, he was given a second chance and time rewound ans he is getting a second chance to undo what he did before. The uke will eventually remember but right now he just sees glimpses of the other timeline.

Nope. Seme was a jerk. But now he is living his second life and js trying to correct his mistakes for abusing the uke and pushing him to commit suicide. The "brother" were talking about is the uke's brother. He was also a jerk who forced himself on uke in the last life.
