In the BilliBilli platform, in which the official manhua is from, at the end of a certain chapter, I forgot which has a snippet of extra scenes where it’s implied that the vampire and werewolf duo are lovers.
Also the valentine one too. I’m not sure about censorships but it’s likely they didn’t outright say it because of that.
