Arvid isn't some creep, she's 14 just like him.

They’re around the same age, Gloriosa is 14. She only looks younger because of the abuse she was subjected too which is quite literally explained throughout the season. Arvid is most likely around 15-16 since i’m going to guess that he’s around the same age as Leort who is said to be 16
